What is Play A Sport Partner?
Play A Sport Partner is an app for sports academies to manage their academy profile, batches, bookings, coaches, and payments from one place.
Who can use this app?
Sports academy owners, coaches, training centers, clubs, and sports organizations can use the app.
How do I register my academy?
Download the app, create an account using your mobile number or email, verify the OTP, and complete your academy profile.
Can I manage multiple academy branches?
Yes. You can manage multiple branches from a single account, subject to your account permissions.
How do I add a new academy?
Go to Coaching Centers and tap Add Center. Enter the required details, including Center Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Center Logo, Age Group, Address, Sports, Operating Hours, and any other mandatory information. Once you've completed the details, review them and tap Publish to make your academy live on Play A Sport.
How do I create a new batch?
Go to Batches, tap Add Batch, enter the schedule, fees, age group, capacity, and publish it.
How do students book my academy?
Once your academy and batches are published, they become visible on the Play A Sport app, where users can discover and book them.
Can I edit my academy information later?
Yes. You can update your academy details, contact information, facilities, timings, photos, and other information anytime.
How do I receive booking notifications?
You'll receive instant notifications whenever a new booking, cancellation, or enquiry is made.
How are payments handled?
Payments are securely processed through the platform and are settled according to the payout schedule.
Where can I check my earnings?
You can view your transactions, payouts, and payment history in the Payout section.
Can I upload academy photos and videos?
Yes. You can showcase your academy by uploading images and videos to attract more students.
How do I change my password?
Go to Profile → Change Password and follow the instructions.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and verify your registered mobile number or email to reset it.
How do I contact Play A Sport support?
Use the Help & Support section in the app or contact our support team through the official Play A Sport website.
Is my academy data secure?
Yes. Your information is protected using secure authentication and encrypted data storage.
Is there any registration fee?
No. Play A Sport does not charge any registration fee for onboarding sports academies. Registration is completely free, allowing you to join the platform and showcase your academy at no cost.
Can I temporarily hide my academy?
Yes. You can make your academy inactive and reactivate it whenever you're ready.
How do I update batch fees or timings?
Open the batch, edit the required details, and save the changes. Updates are reflected immediately after approval (if applicable).
Can multiple staff members manage the same academy?
Yes, depending on your account permissions and available features.
What sports are supported?
Play A Sport supports multiple sports, including Cricket, Football, Badminton, Basketball, Swimming, Tennis, Table Tennis, Skating, Martial Arts, Yoga, and many more.
