By creating an account, registering your academy, or utilizing any portion of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and use.

Eligibility:Our services are primarily targeted towards adults. If you are below 18 years of age (a "Child" under Indian law), you may use the Services only after we obtain verifiable consent from your parent or lawful guardian (e.g. through OTP-based verification). By registereing, you warrant that you are either 18 years or older, or have acquired proper lawful guardian authorization.

To avail the Platform features, you must register and create a profile. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your account data to keep it accurate;
• Protect your account login credentials (username, password, and OTP codes) and restrict access to unauthorized users;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your registered account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or security credentials, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

The Platform provides sports academies and coaching centres with a comprehensive operational management suite, including:

• Batch and schedule planning;
• Student registration, attendance tracking, and performance logs;
• Coach and employee assignments;
• Secure student fee collection and billing;
• Broadcast updates and announcements to parents and athletes.

Service Modifications: SISE reserves the right to introduce improvements, alter features, or temporarily suspend parts of the Platform for scheduled maintenance or compliance.

Subscription Pricing: Use of the Play A Sport Academy Management Platform features (such as scheduling, attendance, messaging, and dashboards) is 100% Free. There are no monthly subscription fees, setup fees, or trial limitations.

Fee Collection & Payment Processing: Academies may collect training/booking fees from students through the Platform. Online payment processing is managed by integrated third-party payment gateways:

• Students pay online using UPI, credit cards, debit cards, or net banking.
• Standard processing transaction fees charged by payment gateways may apply and will be disclosed at the time of payout setup.
• Payouts are deposited securely to the Academy's registered bank account on a regular schedule, subject to verification and KYC procedures.

Refunds: Refund requests, cancellations, and disputes regarding coaching services or student fees must be handled directly between the Academy and the student. SISE behaves solely as a data intermediary facilitating payment and does not arbitrate service disputes.

Prohibited Activities: In using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal activity;
• Upload offensive, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content;
• Circumvent security features or launch automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers;
• Harass, abuse, or engage in targeted marketing towards Children.

Intellectual Property: All software, designs, text, logos, trademarks, and interfaces on the Platform are owned by or licensed to SISE Technology Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely for managing your sports academy operations.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SISE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING PLATFORM UPTIME, ACCURACY OF DATA, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR RESULTS.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SISE and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of revenues, student enrollment, data, or reputation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SISE Technology Private Limited, its directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, misuse of student Personal Data, or disputes arising from your coaching sessions.

Account Termination: You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

Inactivity Policy: In line with our data optimization and Privacy Policy, if there is no interaction or login activity on your academy account for a continuous period of 3 years, we reserve the right to delete or anonymize your account details and Personal Data after sending a prior notice via email.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
