This privacy policy is for SISE Technology Private Limited, a Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at AE-694 Sector 1, Salt Lake City, Bidhannagar AE Market, North 24 Parganas, Salt-lake, West Bengal, India, 700064 (“SISE”) ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might collect and share ("Process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:

  • Download and use our application(s), such as our mobile application — Google Play or App Store

By using our Services you agree to our use of your personal information (including your Personal Data as envisaged under the data privacy laws of India) as per the terms of this Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time by us at our discretion. 1. What Information of Yours Does SISE Collect?

SISE only collects the personal information as shared by you with us when you register on our website or mobile application for availing our services or for obtaining information about us or our Products and Services or for contacting us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. We process your Personal Data only with your Consent, which must be free, specific, informed, unconditional, unambiguous and limited to the purpose. The personal information we collect may include the following:

  • Your account related information such as your name, email address, phone number; age;
  • Mobile Device Access - In order to provide accurate results and assistance, we may request you to allow access to your mobile device's bluetooth, calendar, camera, call, contacts, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

  • Geolocation - We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

  • Personal description and photograph, if shared by you on your Profile page;

  • Past bookings, upcoming bookings through our Platform;
  • Cookies and web beacons;
  • Your preferred sports activities and Institutions;
  • Membership details.

You may opt to not provide certain personal information to us; however, the same may affect your overall experience in benefitting from our Products and Services.

The aforementioned Personal information may be collected when you engage in any of the following activities:

  • Granting permission to upload your contacts, including access to mobile device contacts or messages for certain services;
  • Configuring your settings, providing data access permissions;
  • Participating in any discussion, feedback or any other community feature as may be shared by us;
  • Seeking alerts on new listings of Institutions, or vacancy in any Institution;
  • Chatroom, feedback videos, audios etc.

Verifiable Records & Child Consents

SISE maintains a verifiable record of all consents obtained, including time, date, purpose, and scope of consent, as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules therein. For child users (below 18), this record will include details of the parent/guardian consent and the method used to verify it.

Additional protection for certain Personal Data.

While the DPDP Act does not create a separate category of "sensitive" personal data, we may apply additional safeguards to certain Personal Data due to its nature. We process such data only when necessary for the stated purposes, with appropriate security measures, and with your Consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. This may include:

  • Medical conditions (if any) and fitness regimes;
  • Credit card/debit card/other payment mode information to facilitate payments for our Services.

We may use such Personal Data, for example, to share relevant information with the Institutions that you choose to avail services from so that they are apprised of any disclosed health conditions in advance to provide appropriate services and care. We will obtain your Consent for such processing where required, and you may withdraw your Consent at any time. Access to such Personal Data will be restricted to a limited number of authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Social Media Login Data.We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, Google or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called "HOW DO WE MANAGE SOCIAL MEDIA LOGINS".

Automatically collected information. If you use our application, we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

  • The internet protocol (IP) address utilized for your computer's internet connection;
  • Login, email address, and password details;
  • Device or computer location;
  • Device metrics encompassing usage times, application usage, connectivity specifics, and any encountered errors or event failures;

Push Notifications.We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application, for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information received from third-party sources. Any personal information that we collect from your social media account depends on your social media account's privacy settings.

5. Access by Children

Our Services are not directed at children under 16 years. For purposes of Indian law, an individual below 18 years is a "Child". Accordingly, if you are 16 or 17 years old, you may use the Services only after we obtain verifiable consent from your parent or lawful guardian and subject to the additional protections described below. If you are 18 years or older, you may provide consent on your own behalf.

Where a user indicates an age below 18, we will obtain verifiable consent of the parent/guardian before enabling the account and before processing the Child's Personal Data, including by using one or more verification methods such as OTP-based verification to a parent/guardian contact and/or other reasonable verification steps as required for our Services.

If an adult creates or pays for a Child-related booking, the adult must confirm they are the parent/guardian or are authorized by the parent/guardian to provide the Child's Personal Data.
